What is the age requirement? +
Club AE operates an 18+ open access model. All guests 18+ may enter. RFID wristbands are used to separate 21+ guests for alcohol access at the bar — there is no face-checking at the bar. Valid government-issued ID is required for all guests.
How does digital entry work? +
All tickets and passes are digital — Apple Wallet and Google Wallet only. No paper tickets, no printed scans. You'll receive your digital pass via email after reserving. Fully contactless from purchase to entry.
What is the Founding Member Lifetime Pass? +
The Founding Member pass grants perpetual VIP access to Club AE for life — every event, every night. Limited to 200 individuals only. Once those spots are filled, this tier closes permanently. Founding Members also receive access to the Members Lounge on Floor 3, priority event booking, and complimentary guest entry per visit.
When does pre-sale close? +
The 90-day pre-sale campaign closes 90 days before opening night. Once the pre-sale window closes, early bird pricing is no longer available. We recommend reserving early — especially for Founding Member passes, which are capped at 200.
Are tickets refundable? +
Pre-sale reservations are held as deposits and applied to your final ticket or table minimum. In the event of a cancellation on Club AE's part, deposits are fully refunded. For guest-initiated cancellations, please contact us directly at info@aselecta.com.
How do I book a private suite? +
Private lockout suite bookings are handled directly by our VIP team. Submit an inquiry through the Contact page and select "Private Suite / Lockout" as your inquiry type. Our team will reach out within 48 hours with availability and details.
